What is a DISC Personality Profile?

At Corporate and Executive Coaching, each of our clients is given the opportunity to complete a DISC personality profile, worth £97.  It is done on line and takes about 7 minutes but the report that is generated revels a great deal of insight into your personality and is useful to you and the coach and greatly improves the quality of the coaching.  You can also use the profile in your job or if you are applying for jobs as DISC is one of the most popular personality profiles available and can give you the edge where required.  To read more about DISC and how it works, please click here.
